Today's understanding of universal life force energy is a culmination of all cultures around the world & how they view & understand nature. The flow of energy that makes up all that exists, helps to sustain & heal us. These truths of existence can be understood only through connecting ourselves to the natural flow that exists within our bodies- physical & spiritual. Reiki healing practices help to clear blocked or stagnant energies within our spiritual & physical bodies that directly cause illness, stress & negative emotions. Through an intuitively guided Reiki session one can expect to sit or lye down while the practitioner uses gentle hands-on touch or even in-direct beaming energy to send healing energies to areas that are in most need of healing.

I have completed the required training Reiki I, II & III courses for the Reiki Master level of Usui/ Holy Fire® III World Peace system of healing. Now as an Affiliate Member of RMA through the ICRT, I agreed to abide by the membership’s professional code of ethics & standards of practice. Hello, my name is Sarah Rose, I'm a Certified Reiki Master Practitioner who trained under Jill Thiel, Licensed Reiki Master Teacher for the International Center for Reiki Training (ICRT) and owner of the Minnesota Center for Reiki. My certifications include Usui Holy Fire® levels I, II & III, in the Ryoho style of Reiki. This Reiki master technique has been refined & developed through a lineage of masters starting with Japanese Sensei Mikao Usui through Mrs. Hawayo Takota & William Lee Rand. My work experiences prior to my professional Reiki trainings included a multitude of nurturing & healing roles such as: Childcare Professional, Home Health Companion & Aide, Certified Nursing Assistant & Nursing Student.
